Due to staffing issues, our clinic in South Liverpool Treatment centre will be closed on Friday 27 March. This will also impact capacity at the walk-in at Linda McCartney centre on those days, and we will only be able to see those who meet the urgent criteria. Due to staff training, on Wednesday 1 April 2026 axess sexual health will be closed at all sites until 12pm. Phone lines will reopen in Liverpool at 1pm. Phone lines for our other service areas will reopen at 11am on 2 April.

Due to staffing issues in Knowsley, our service is running at a reduced capacity. This means we have to take less patients and there may be long waiting times. Apologies for any inconvenience.
