There's a lot of contraceptive options available. Knowing which one works best for you can be challenging.

We've created a concise guide which tells you the basics on key contraceptive options. This way, you can make an informed choice on your contraception.

Each contraceptive option has been explained with:

  • A brief overview of the contraceptive option
  • A list of any potential side effects
  • Its effectiveness
  • Whether it has any impact on a menstrual cycle
